Formed on the 1st April, 1918, the Royal Air Force is the oldest independent air force in the world.

The RAF has taken a significant role in British military history and continues to do so today.
The RAF’s personel and aircraft are regularly stationed all around the globe, taking part in major conflicts, whether offensive or as part of a larger peace-keeping force.
